We calculate shipping fees based on weight and destination. Current rates are as follows:

For shipments up to 21kg:

USA & Canada: $25/kg
Europe: $30/kg
Latin America: $35/kg
Asia: $25/kg
Australia: $28/kg
Africa: $35/kg

For shipments over 21kg:

USA & Canada: $15/kg
Europe: $20/kg
Latin America: $25/kg
Asia: $15/kg
Australia: $20/kg
Africa: $25/kg

Please note that shipping charges are rounded up to the nearest kilogram. For example, a package weighing 12.2kg will be charged as 13kg.

Shipping Flexibility

If you have your own logistics partner or channel, you may opt for self-shipping, in which case the shipping fee will be $0. However, if you mistakenly choose this option without a valid logistics arrangement, we will charge the appropriate shipping fee before dispatching your order.

Customs and Duties

Customs policies vary by country. Customers are responsible for customs clearance and any applicable duties. We will declare the shipment according to the actual quantity, type, and value of the goods. If you have specific requirements for customs declarations, please contact us.

Logistics Providers

We primarily use DHL and UPS for our shipments. Under normal circumstances, delivery takes 15-20 days. However, delivery times may be extended due to factors such as weather, peak seasons, or strikes.

Order Processing

Once an order is received, we typically process it within 1-3 business days before shipping. The processing time may vary due to special circumstances. After dispatching your order, we will provide a tracking number within three business days. You can track your shipment on the respective logistics provider's website or via 17track.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped, subject to a handling fee, which varies depending on the situation. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations are not accepted.
