Order Cancellation and Refunds
Before Order Processing:
You can cancel your order for a full refund at no charge before we begin processing it. However, any transaction fees incurred during the payment process will not be covered by us.
During Order Processing or Before Shipment:
If you cancel your order while it is being processed or after processing but before shipment, a cancellation fee of 5%-10% of the order amount will be charged, depending on the specific circumstances.
After Shipment But Interceptable:
If the order has been shipped but is still interceptable, a cancellation fee of 25%-35% of the order amount will be charged, depending on the specific circumstances.
After Shipment and Not Interceptable:
Once the order has been shipped and is no longer interceptable, cancellations and refunds are not accepted.
Delayed Processing:
If the order processing time exceeds the agreed time by 50% due to non-holiday or non-force majeure reasons on our part, you can cancel the order and get a full refund before shipment. We will cover any transaction fees incurred. However, cancellation requests made after the shipment will not be valid.
Shipping Issues and Compensation
Lost Shipments:
In case of a lost shipment, we will file a claim with the logistics provider or insurance company. If the claim amount is less than the order amount, we will refund you based on the claim amount. Otherwise, the order amount will be refunded.
Customs Issues:
It is your responsibility to be aware of your country's customs policies. We are not liable for orders that cannot pass customs checks, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.
Signed but Not Received:
If the shipment is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local carrier and provide necessary documentation to prove non-receipt. This documentation should be sent to us for claiming compensation from the logistics provider. Refunds will be based on the compensation amount received.
Product Quality Issues
While we aim for 100% product quality, we acknowledge that issues can occur. If you encounter a product quality problem, please send us photos or videos of the defective product. We will provide a full or partial refund or send a replacement product based on the evidence provided.
